Take just a few minutes to complete our simple online form and let our team of Attorneys help you complete a Will to protect your family and loved ones. It’s all done in plain simple language, and we guide you through each step of the process all without you ever having to leave your home. We can even check your signed Will at the end for you to make sure that it’s right.
We can also help you with Powers of Attorney and Health Care Advance Directives to ensure that your loved ones have the authority to deal with your affairs in the event that you are not due to an accident or medical emergency.
- You decide which is right for you? Will or Trust.
- You set up your account and pay for your product. The Single Will package is $399, the Husband and Wife Will package is $499, the Single Trust package is $699, and the Joint Married Trust package is $799.
- You Fill out a form with typical information we would ask you if you came into our office.
- Schedule a convenient time for a video conference call with you.
- You receive a 20–30-minute video conference call from your assigned Attorney to go over the information you provided and make sure we completely understand your wishes. (Zoom available upon request).
- In most cases your documents will be drafted and sent to you within 24 hours of your phone call!
- Included with your documents will be a detailed “plain language” explanation of the documents.
- You sign your documents in front of a Notary and two witnesses (not provided). We will provide you with instructions to ensure proper signing protocol.
- (Optional) You can send us a copy of your documents for us to review to ensure they were signed properly.
